BIO:

Andrew Markell (born October 21, 1967 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. Starting out as a rapper, Andrew decided to try out acting to gain more exposure. While doing a casting showcase, Andrew immediately fell in love with acting and was was approached by the late casting director Cathy Henderson from Henderson/Zuckerman casting (CSA), who had him audition for English director John Irvin. Mr. Irvin then cast Andrew in the MGM film City of Industry featuring Harvey Keitel, Timothy Hutton, and Steven Dorff. Andrew also has been featured in the independent film The California Convertible and has written two films that were produced by Ice T and directed by Albert Pyun. Andrew currently resides in Hollywood, California.
