Required disclosure (Cal. Rule 1.15(b)): The fee to the attorney will be deposited into the attorney's operating account and not held in trust. You may require it to be placed in trust until earned. Any unearned portion is refundable. If a conflict is found before the rendering of service, the attorney will refund any unearned amount.
